Kristen
Kristen joined our team full time as Business Manager after working with us as a practice consultant. Her experience spans 25 years from receptionist for a general practice to Director of Dental Education for the nation's leading dental referral program. Her love for professional communications and business efficiencies provides connection and continuity for our team and our patients. Kristen has a husband and three children whom she adores. She loves spending time with her family exploring the Great Northwest!

Amy
Amy is Dr. Lemme's Front Office Coordinator. She was born and raised here on Whidbey Island and most of her family still leaves here as well. Amy has 13 years of dental experience which includes dental assisting in Pediactrics and General practice as well as front office expertise. With each patient she greets, Amy is wearing a warm smile that is pleasing to all. Beyond her work, Amy loves spending time with her family and friends enjoying the outdoors!

Laura
Laura is our Registered Dental Hygienist. She has an extensive background in hygiene spanning 7 years. Her career began in the Navy as a dental assistant and then she went on to receive her degree in dental hygiene. After 15 years on Active Duty, Laura entered into private practice here in Island County. Her devotion to patient care and commitment to excellence are present in her work every day. Her goal is to express the importance of dental health for all, with a specialty in helping those who are nervous. Laura became a hygienist because she saw a need for education and treatment of dental disease. She is recently married and has two miniature pinchers (Oscar and Pippa) and two cats (Felix and Simba). She enjoys time with her husband traveling around the great NW. They also love scuba diving.

Serena
Serena joined our practice as a dental assistant. Her career began when she was 16 years old, working after school for a dentist and she knew then that being in dentistry was "where she wanted to be." She has experience working as a sterilization tech, receptionist and assitant. This combination of skills, along with her contagious smile and kind manner, makes her well rounded and well suited to support any patient through their dental treatment. Serena moved to Oak Harbor in 2008 from Nevada with her husband who is serving with the US Navy on Whidbey Island. They have a beautiful son and together enjoy the journey of life.

Amber
Amber made a career change this summer and joined our practice as a dental assistant. She has always had a passion for dentistry, stating "I love teeth" and wanted to find an office environment that would support her appetite for learning along with her love of people. She found that in Dr. Lemme's office and has become a true asset to the team. Amber loves animals, her family and friends as well as being back in Oak Harbor. She grew up here, attended OHHS for three years then moved to Arizona where she lived for the past 13 years.
